Mida on \u00fchist Jeesusel ja t\u00e4nap\u00e4eva inimesel?\u00a0Vastus: pikad juuksed, elavad kodus kolmek\u00fcmnenda eluaastani ja kui midagi p\u00e4rast seda teevad, siis see on pigem ime.<\/p>\n<p>Mis oli res\u00fcmee? Lennunduses on viimase aja \u00fcks enimkasutatud termineid \u201eenneolematud v\u00f5imalused\u201c. \u00dchelt poolt on selleks \u201eroheleppe\u201c miljardilised rekordinvesteeringud sel k\u00fcmnendil ning teisalt koroonakriisist tuult tiibadesse saanud uute tehnoloogiate areng lennunduses. Ent Eestis on nappinud julgust ja ambitsioonikust minna kaasa uute arengutega.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kuidas p\u00f6\u00f6rata Eesti kasuks rohelepe?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Me saame Euroopa Liidu toel kliimaeesm\u00e4rkide saavutamiseks investeerida 3,3 miljardit eurot. Mullu loodud majanduse taasterahastu (ing. k <em>Recovery and Resilience Facility<\/em>) abil laenab EL liikmesriikide \u00fchisel tagatisel lisaks 750 miljardit eurot. Sellest rahast 30% l\u00e4heb roheleppe toel majandusse kaasajastamiseks. See on suurep\u00e4rane v\u00f5imalus nii lennundussektori rohe- kui ka digip\u00f6\u00f6rdeks nagu osutas Euroopa Komisjoni liikuvuse ja transpordi peadirektoraadi peadirektor, <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/persons\/director-general-henrik-hololei_et\">Henrik Hololei<\/a> oma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurocontrol.int\/article\/crisis-also-opportunity-rebuilding-europes-aviation-system\">kirjutises<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Roheleppe \u00fcks nurgakivi on keskkonnas\u00f5bralike lennukite, sh uute tehnoloogiate arendus ja tootmine, mis v\u00f5iks osaliselt toimuda Eestis. Siinkohal on Eesti lennundussektor v\u00f5imeline otseselt panustama globaalsete kliimaeesm\u00e4rkide saavutamisse. Praegu kui raha on odav ja selle hind on miinusm\u00e4rgiga tuleks luua riiklik t\u00e4istugi, et olla aastate p\u00e4rast v\u00f5itjate seas.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Uute lennukite arendus Eestisse<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Esiteks,<\/strong> me soovime saada \u201erohelise lennunduse\u201c eestvedajaks kogu maailmas. Kogu lennujuhtimine saab olema t\u00e4isdigitaalne ehk \u00f5huruumis liiguvad paralleelselt nii lennukid kui droonid. Inglaste \u00e4sja avaldatud <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukri.org\/our-work\/our-main-funds\/industrial-strategy-challenge-fund\/future-of-mobility\/future-flight-challenge\/\">uuring<\/a> arvutas v\u00e4lja, et ainu\u00fcksi mehitamata \u00f5hus\u00f5idukite abil tuleb postivedu riigile enam kui kolmandiku v\u00f5rra odavam. \u0160veitsis toimib juba t\u00e4na nende abil t\u00e4ppisp\u00f5llumajandus, kus umbes 1,5 meetri k\u00f5rgusel p\u00f5llukultuuride kohal lendavad droonid pritsivad taimekaitsevahendeid ning viivad maisikultuuridele herilasi kahjurite t\u00f5rjeks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Teiseks,<\/strong> me tahame meelitada Eestisse \u201erohelise lennunduse\u201c arendamisega seotud ettev\u00f5tted. Euroopa lennundusgigant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airbus.com\/\">Airbus<\/a>, mis avaldas vesiniku j\u00f5ul liikuvate lennukite kavandid on selges\u00f5naliselt \u00f6elnud, et tarvis l\u00e4heb valitsuste abi. Seega kui Eesti riik on \u00fcks miljardilaenu v\u00f5tjatest, siis miks me peaks loobuma tuleviku lennunduse arendamise t\u00f6\u00f6dest. T\u00e4pselt 100 aastat tagasi varustas Tallinnas tegutsenud Lutheri vabrik kogu maailma lennundust\u00f6\u00f6stust vineeriga. Meil on v\u00f5imalik omades ni\u0161\u0161ides ajalugu korrata.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kolmandaks,<\/strong> me \u00fchendame Eesti s\u00fcsinikuheitmete vabade lennukite abil. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.airbus.com\/newsroom\/press-releases\/en\/2020\/09\/airbus-reveals-new-zeroemission-concept-aircraft.html\">Airbusi ZEROe<\/a> esimene demonstratsioonlennuk valmib enne 2025. aastat. Eelmisel aastal oli maailmas enam kui 200 elektri- ja h\u00fcbriidlennukite programmi. Rootslaste <a href=\"https:\/\/heartaerospace.com\">Heart Aerospace<\/a> kavatseb juba 3-4 aasta p\u00e4rast lennata 19-kohalise elektrilennukiga. \u00d5hutakso teenusepakkuja <a href=\"https:\/\/lilium.com\/\">Lilium<\/a> \u00f5hus\u00f5iduki sertifitseerimise siht on 2023. aasta l\u00f5pp. \u00d5hutaksoga ei saa lennata ainult Pariisi ol\u00fcmpiam\u00e4ngudel 2024, vaid ka Tallinna ja Helsingi vahel.<\/p>\n<h2>Lennundus kutsub talente<\/h2>\n<p>Tasa s\u00f5udes kipuvad aerud \u00e4ra m\u00e4danema. Sellega seoses kutsun uut Valitsust olema ambitsioonikam ning samal ajal investeerima otsustavalt inseneriharidusse ja tehniliste erialade v\u00e4\u00e4rtustamisse. T\u00e4nase g\u00fcmnasisti jaoks, kelle jaoks on oluline roheline keskkond, innovatsioon ning ambitsioon, soovitan viia kevadel sisseastumispaberid <a href=\"https:\/\/lennuakadeemia.ee\/sisseastuja\/sisseastumistingimused\">Eesti Lennuakadeemiasse<\/a>. Lennundus on t\u00e4na t\u00f6\u00f6andjana nagu <a href=\"https:\/\/rakett69.ee\">Rakett 69 saade<\/a> p\u00e4riselus, mis otsib uusi talente ja suudab pakkuda maailma muutvaid v\u00e4ljakutseid.<\/p>\n<p>Loodetavasti ei pea me t\u00e4pselt aasta p\u00e4rast enam r\u00e4\u00e4kima seda \u201eJeesuse ja t\u00e4nap\u00e4eva inimese\u201c anekdooti selleks, et parafraseerida Eestis strateegilise m\u00f5tlemise ja ambitsioonide puudumist. Me olime need, kes panid kogu maailma pr\u00fcgi koristama. Me panime k\u00e4ima <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/robertwolcott\/2020\/03\/15\/hack-the-crisis-6-lessons-from-estonias-coronavirus-crisis-response\/?sh=18dd858e4fca\">\u201e<em>hack the crisis<\/em>\u201c<\/a> \u00fcrituste sarja globaalselt.
