Members of the Estonian Aviation Cluster jointly attended the WMX Europe trade event
On June 13-15, the World Mail & Express Europe Conference (WMX Europe), which is an international trade event for postal and e-commerce professionals, took place in Tallinn. The event brought together over 200 leading players in the field of mail and e-commerce from around the world. During the two days of the conference, you could listen to presentations about success stories, participate in open discussions and communicate with colleagues from important postal services. The members of the Estonian Aviation Cluster took part in the conference with a joint stand: Tallinn Airport, Qstep logiciel OÜ, Feeport OÜ and Ospentos International OÜ.
Feeport OÜ (develops and owns the x7trade platform) board member and Qstep growth manager Egor Paanukoski: “WMX Europe 2023 gave us a unique opportunity to demonstrate our ready-to-use technological platforms for the global supply chain, including the x7trade platform for automated customs clearance of imported e-commerce and Qstep air freight and mail handling software for ground handling agents. It was also a historic event for the Estonian Aviation Cluster, because we showed that when the member companies join forces, the success of making themselves visible on the prestigious global stage is greater.”
Hasan Steinberg, Tallinn Airport’s air trade project manager: “WMX Europe functioned perfectly as a catalyst for cooperation in the field, enabling specialists from different backgrounds to share their knowledge and experience. The enthusiasm of post and e-commerce leaders in shaping the future of the industry and adopting new technologies was inspiring, and the cooperation between the members of the aviation cluster was excellent.”
