To support Regional Jet growth, we are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST. Come and join one of the fastest-growing airlines in northern Europe!

Business analyses is a key element of the airline’s continuous improvement process. Regional Jet is one of the biggest capacity providers in Europe, focused on long-term ACMI contracts with major European airlines. We are operating a fast-growing fleet of modern CRJ700-900, ATR72-600 aircraft and is in the process of introducing Embraer 190-195s for long term ACMI operations. Regional Jet is the member of Estonian Aviation Cluster.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and develop strong working relationships with department heads and be the primary liaison between system vendors and external business partners and Regional Jet;
  • Be an integral part of the change management process, to ensure any changes made to any system or process are planned effectively, analyzed for risk, clearly documented and understood and in line with the business needs;
  • Take part in user forums to identify best practices among peer airlines and promote system enhancements and new development to vendors.

Skills and experiences:

  • Be comfortable working with statistics and proficient in Microsoft Power BI or similar statistical analysis and forecasting tools;
  • Advanced MS Office, Google Analytics and Tableau user;
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analyses, computer science or IT related;
  • Background in IT, project management or operations research;
  • Very good level of English, both spoken and written in combination with strong communication skills;
  • Have an in-depth understanding of BPM/BPR and Lean methodology;
  • Be knowledgeable in data warehousing and developing queries for extracting data;
  • Programming skills such as R or Python would be advantageous.
